Edumilestone's vision is to create India's most efficient and reliable career counselling ecosystem that creates life-changing experiences for students, professionals and career counsellors Edumilestones started its journey in 2008 when we launched India’s first dedicated career assessment and counselling platform for career counsellors. We came across many students who chose wrong career paths and suffered in their career because of lack of guidance. There were only a handful of career counsellors to guide them. We took an initiative to address this problem. Initially, we started with 10 career counsellors by providing them career assessment tool. In 2009 we realized, Career Assessment is an only diagnostic tool, not the entire solution. In India student prefer one on one career counselling. Understanding this, we decided strategically to focus and empower career counsellors by providing them with a proper career assessment tool specially designed for Indian students. We named this tool as CCPA (Comprehensive Career Planning Assessment). There are only a handful of counsellors to guide lacs of confused students. There was no proper structure and knowledge was there. Considering this in 2010 we started CCA (Certified Career Analyst) Program for social entrepreneurs who wanted to start their own career counselling practice.
