Ready mix plast is ready to use factory mix mortar. Ready mix plast is prepared by mixing cement, other adhesives and various sizes of natural graded – river sand in full computerized batching plant on weigh basis. The proportions of all the ingredients are designed in such a way that all voids get filled by each other. Ready mix plast is empowered with additional admixtures and resin fibers for higher bonding strength and workability

Procedure

Pour 40 kg bag Ready mix plast into tray and add gradually 6 to 7 liter of water and mix it properly so that uniform mortar gets ready. Keep the mixture as it is for 5 to 7 minutes to react admixtures into it

Remix the mortar again to make mortar workable and apply it on the prepared surface. Users are advised to use ready solution within 45 to 60 minutes

Before applying Ready mix plast clean the surface from contamination such as oil, grease loose particles, decayed matter, shuttering oil, curing compounds etc.

Sprinkle curing water 30 minutes prior to applying the Ready mix plast ready mortar. To get the best result do the curing 3-4 times a day for at least 7 days
