Product Description: SAZ Acrylic Emulsion is a waterborne dispersion of styrene-acrylic copolymer, it has good film forming and binding properties with excellent resistance towards alkalis and water, with good washability formulation designed to provide good scrub resistance.
Recommended Usage: SAZ Acrylic Emulsion for application to a wide variety of new or previously painted surfaces such as plaster, brickwork, cement rendering, concrete, hardboard, building board, etc. it can be applied on ceiling and wall surfaces to get smooth matt finish.
Technical Data
Coverage : On smooth and non absorbent surface 150 to 200 sq.fit/ltr/coat. **
Drying Time : 25 to 30 min. surface dry.
Gloss level : Matt.
Thinning with : 30% to 40% by volume with tap water.
Stability of Thinned Paint : 24 to 30 Hrs.
Self Life : 1 year from date of manufacture original tightly closed container.
Recoating Period : 4 to 6 Hrs. Approximate.
Method of application : Brush, Roller or Spray.
** Actual covering capacity may vary depending upon the surface condition, temperature, wind velocity, application skill, surface roughness, surface porosity and shade to shade.

Surface Preparation: Ensure that surface should be clean, free from all defective or poorly adhering material like oil, grease, wax, rust, dust, etc. Remove all loose or poorly adhering materials by rubbing down using abrasive paper and thereafter wipe off. Apply a coat of SAZ Acrylic wall Primer followed by suitable wall putty to level the dents and make the surface uniform. Apply again a coat of SAZ Acrylic wall Primer. Then apply two coats of SAZ Acrylic Emulsion.
Post Application Instruction: For removing stains sponge clean with a mild soap solution and wipe clean. Ensure a drying time of 1 week before cleaning.
Safety Feature: Non-Flammable.
Pack Size: 1ltr, 4ltr, 10ltr and 20ltr.
Shade Range: As per requirement.
Precautions:
* New plaster should be allowed to cure for minimum 3 months.
* Avoid extra thinning for better result.
* Stir well and stain before use.
* The container must be tightly closed when not in use
* Keep away from direct sunlight, hear and children
* In case of eye/skin contact wash plenty of water
* Use safety equipments like hand gloves, safety goggles/glasses & face mask
* Store in well ventilated location.
* Can be tinted with universal stainer before thinning. Avoid excess stainer. Stir well tinted base paint before application.
* Do not apply temperature below 10°C.
